Christina Ward—CEO & Lead Agent

Working in the real estate industry matches Christina’s ambition to work ethically, win negotiations and close deals-the same drive she had as a student athlete at Boise State University. As a top producing agent in the area, she has excelled in helping Buyers, Sellers and Investors meet their goals. Christina has streamlined the process so that it is as comfortable and stress-free as possible. Her main objective is to go above and beyond to fulfill her client’s wants and needs during this very important process. She has over 10 years of Real Estate experience in the Treasure Valley.

Christina’s job is to help our sellers get their home sold. She also oversees and is a part of all transactions with the Christina & Company team and makes daily calls to other realtors, clients and friends to connect buyers and sellers.


Lane Ward—Realtor & Owner

Lane joined the team in 2013 as a Buyer Specialist. You may have guessed it, Lane is the husband of Christina Ward. Lane brings a unique perspective into real estate, working previously as a landscape architect for 9 years. This required specialized knowledge in design, layout and function and seeing a plan from a vision to a finished product.  These skills also apply in real estate helping guide his buyers through their home buying process with detail, care and vision of the process.  

He's also an avid mountain bike rider and outdoorsman.  Personally or professionally he feels there's always a new mountain to climb, and enjoys the challenge. 

 
Zori Johnson—Buyer Specialist

Zori was born in Bulgaria but has lived all over Europe and the US before she settled in the Boise area over 12 years ago and really loves it! Before she decided to commit to real estate full time, she worked at Micron as an engineer for almost 12 years and has made many good friends there. Her venture into real estate began 4 years ago and she really loves helping buyers find their perfect home! She’s also enjoyed real estate investment and owns several rental properties.  She enjoys spending time with family and friends, hiking, volunteering at her kids’ schools and enjoying the McCall area.

Tracie McDonald—Buyer Specialist

Tracie recently moved to the Boise area from Central Oregon where she was in the real estate industry for 5 years, helping buyers and sellers. Tracie joined Christina & Company to specialize in assisting buyers find their perfect home.  Prior to selling real estate, Tracie worked in the mortgage industry, giving her a wide array of knowledge to help buyers whether they are first time home buyers or investors or anyone in between. She loves helping people fulfill their dreams of home ownership by assisting them through the process and giving great customer service. She enjoys the Boise area with all that is has to offer and enjoys sharing what she loves about Boise with anyone looking to move to the area.

 

Kelli Day—Transaction Coordinator

Kelli graduated Boise State University in 2008 with a degree in Communication. She joined Christina & Company in 2012 and has loved her job since day one. As the Client Services Coordinator and a licensed agent Kelli’s job is to make sure every client is having their questions answered and make sure the transactions are running smoothly.  Kelli is always ready to answer questions, take care of current or upcoming listings and deal with the details of transactions once under contract. With a can-do, hard-working attitude everything gets done on time and smoothly with Kelli.

When she’s not in the office you can find Kelli hiking up the mountains or snowboarding down them. She spends her evenings at a Crossfit gym and also enjoys travelling with her husband and dog.
